We reply to emails within 1–2 business days. Messages sent over a weekend are answered on the next business day. If you call outside our hours, leave a voicemail with your name and order number and we'll call you back.

What to Include

So we can help you on the first reply, please tell us:

Your full name
Your order number, if your question is about an existing order
What you need, in as much detail as you can
Photos, if an item arrived damaged or isn't what you expected

Common Questions

Where is my order? Your shipping confirmation email contains your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for the first carrier scan. Full delivery timeframes are in our Shipping Policy.

I want to return something. Contact us before sending anything back and we'll give you a return authorisation number and the correct return address. The conditions and timeframes are in our Return & Refund Policy.

I need to change my address. Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been packed yet, we can usually still update it.
